Delivery

Distance Selling Regulations state that goods must be delivered within 30 days. Please allow 28 days for delivery. In practice we are currently delivering within 5 working/banking days to UK addresses.

Shipping costs - information for our international customers
In the event of a return from abroad, we will refund up to the value of the cost incurred when we shipped the package to the customer in the first instance. 

Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 7 days with the original packaging by a SIGNED FOR delivery first or second class and we will give you a full refund.

After 7 days, a customer is entitled to a full refund if the goods are faulty. If customers return goods after this time for any other reason they are not entitled to a refund.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order and return your goods within 7 working days of receipt of your order.

Members passes relating to returned goods will be cancelled.

The Make-Up Brush Company will refund the customer for the cost of returns made by recorded delivery First or Second Class to a maximum value of £3.50.  Returns should be sent by recorded delivery to provide the customer with proof that the goods have been returned. We regret we cannot accept responsibility for goods sent as returns that do not reach us.

Worldwide shipping

We notice that visitors from around the globe, 25 countries are browsing this site. While we would like to be helpful and trade widely we have found the need to put in place the following terms and conditions.

We are happy to serve customers beyond the EU and will ship to the cardholders home address further abroad only where we can ensure a secure and signed for delivery by Royal Mail International Signed for delivery.  This includes Australia, New Zealand, U.S.A., Canada.  If you are in any doubt about whether we can deliver to you - please send us an email and we will confirm the service with which we can deliver and how long it is likely to take.  

For destinations outside the EU, we may conduct off-line checks and ask for additional proof of identity in order to feel comfortable we are dealing with a genuine order.

Shipping to Third Parties

WE DO NOT SHIP TO THIRD PARTIES AS THIS MAY INCUR FOR THEM AN UNEXPECTED EXPENSE.

The Make-Up Brush Company reserves the right not to fulfill any order it considers to be fraudulent, false or malicious.

You understand and agree that the owners of this website shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data or other intangible losses (even if the owners of this website have been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the product(s) and or service(s) or any misuse of the product(s) and or service(s) in a manner not in accordance with their intended use.Use of this website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions which take effect on the date which you first use this website. The Make-Up Brush Company Limited reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online.

A NOTE ON MISUSE OF PRODUCTS: The Make-Up Brush Company Limited will not accept responsibility for damages or losses caused by using their make-up brushes in an unsafe manner. Make-up brushes SHOULD NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES be used in a moving vehicle as sudden braking could cause injury. Nor should they be used in an environment where any sudden movement of the user or element in their environment, for example a bathroom door could cause injury. We wish our customers to use our products safely and respectfully ask as a habitual rule of use that they assess and approve the safety of their environment before using our product.

If these Terms and Conditions are not accepted in full, you do not have permission to access the contents of this website and therefore should cease using this website immediately.

You are responsible for reviewing regularly information posted online to obtain timely notice of any such changes. Your continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as modified by the posted changes.
