Ordering Assistance

In the unlikely event you are having problems ordering, please use this page to help you through the checkout process.

1. Once you have added a product(s) to the basket and clicked 'checkout', you will be taken to the registration page. Here you can either login as an existing customer or register as a new customer

2. If you are registering for the first time then you will need to supply your name, email address and also choose a password. This is so you can login at a later date and check orders, have a quicker checkout process etc.

3. Once you have completed the registration page you will now need to supply an address. Unlike alot of sites you can supply a separate delivery and billing address.

4. Once you have complete the address you will be taken to the checkout page. Here you can either pay securely or you can add a separate delivery address.

Once you have added your addresses please click 'enter payment details'

6. Once you have completed the transaction you will be taken back to our site where a confirmation page will be displayed. You can either print this off or continue.
